Some regular qigong exercises (between the treatments) can keep you flexible and "soft" in those areas where your tension is building, But it takes time and regular practice to manage and correct it. <br /><br />You might be able to find some simple exercises demonstrated on youtube...I would maybe google "back pain or pinched nerve and qigong".<br /><br />I'm pretty sure there is a mind-body connection.
